1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sundeipmaathur.com and the mindset coaching and personal development services provided by Sundeip Maathur, an individual based in Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By visiting this website, submitting any information through our forms, applying for a Discovery Call, purchasing a service, or engaging with our services in any other way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. About the Services

Sundeip Maathur provides mindset coaching and personal development services intended to help individuals, particularly professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners, gain clarity, develop greater self-awareness, challenge unhelpful thought patterns and create meaningful personal and professional change.

Our services may include:

• Discovery Calls
• One-to-one coaching programs
• Group programs, where applicable
• Workshops or other offerings, where applicable

Coaching is a confidential, non-therapeutic, non-clinical process focused on personal and professional development.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults, typically 18 years of age and above.

By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Application and Discovery Call

You may be required to complete an application or Discovery Form to be considered for a Discovery Call or coaching program.

Submission of an application does not guarantee a Discovery Call or acceptance into any program.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a Discovery Call or coaching program is appropriate for you based on the information you provide and other relevant factors.

5. Fees and Payment

The fee for The Mindset Evolution coaching program is Rs. 53,100 (Rs. 45,000 + 18% GST), unless otherwise stated for a specific program or offering.

Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you before payment.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider such as Razorpay or other approved payment methods.

All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to ensure that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. However, any change will not affect payments already made for a confirmed program.

6. Discovery Call / Application Fee and Refund

A fee of Rs. 99 may be charged for a Discovery Call and application process, as specified on the relevant payment page.

The Rs. 99 payment is intended to cover the application and Discovery Call process.

Where a refund is approved under this policy, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or in accordance with the applicable payment provider’s procedures.

7. Refund Policy

Except where expressly stated otherwise in these Terms, on the relevant payment page, or in a separate written agreement, payments for coaching programs and other services are non-refundable.

Any specific refund terms applicable to a particular service or offering will be communicated before payment.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

8. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a Discovery Call or coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, where reasonably possible.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a completed session, and no refund or credit may be provided.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling in cases of genuine unforeseen circumstances.

9. Coaching Is Not Medical or Psychological Treatment

Mindset coaching is not medical, psychiatric, psychological or therapeutic treatment.

Our services do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition or psychological disorder.

We do not provide medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you require medical, psychiatric, psychological or other professional healthcare support, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You remain responsible for determining whether coaching is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

10. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Coaching is a collaborative process and outcomes vary from person to person.

While we are committed to providing structured coaching, tools, reflection and support, we do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, career, relationship or other outcome.

Any examples, testimonials or statements describing previous client experiences are illustrative and should not be understood as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

11. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that meaningful progress through coaching requires your active participation and personal responsibility.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during the application and coaching process
• Attending scheduled sessions or providing reasonable notice when you cannot attend
• Participating honestly and constructively in coaching conversations
• Completing agreed activities or exercises to the extent reasonably possible
• Making your own decisions and taking responsibility for your actions
• Seeking appropriate professional support where coaching is not sufficient or appropriate

12. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of information shared during coaching and related communications.

We will not intentionally disclose confidential information shared by you during coaching to third parties except:

• With your permission
• Where disclosure is necessary to provide a service through an authorised service provider
• Where required by law or lawful authority
• Where necessary to protect rights, safety or security
• Where otherwise permitted under applicable law

Confidentiality does not mean that information can never be disclosed. Legal and safety obligations may require disclosure in certain circumstances.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all materials provided through our website and coaching services, including written materials, exercises, frameworks, presentations, videos, graphics, documents, recordings, content and other resources, are owned by or licensed to Sundeip Maathur.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for our services are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
